Conference Registration Information
You must register and pay before August 5, 2011, to receive the early bird registration fee. After August 5, registration fees increase. Advanced registrations will be accepted at AASC headquarters until August 24, 2011. After August 24, onsite registration will be required at higher fees.
You must be an active AASC member through August 2011 to qualify for a member rate. You may join AASC at the time of your registration to take advantage of the member rate.
Property managers are encouraged to attend and may also register at the member rate.
Sunday-Wednesday and Monday-Wednesday registration includes breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, refreshment breaks as listed in the agenda, and the Sunday and Monday night receptions, as well as access to all general sessions, educational workshops and exhibits. One-day registrations include meals and access on the day of the registration only.
Please Note: Continuing education certificates with complete attendance transcripts will be made available to you online after the conference for a $20 fee. Please check the appropriate box during registration and include the additional fee with your payment. If you have paid for a CEU certificate, you will receive an email with a link to your printable certificate/transcript within 10 days after the conference.

If more than five individuals from the same company will be attending the conference, you may qualify for a group discount. The discount code must be entered online or included in all registrations sent to AASC. Your company representative can request a discount code by sending an email listing the first/last names of the conference attendees to info@servicecoordinator.org.
Discounted registration fees are available for companies sending more than 5 attendees:

Payment Information
Payment by credit card or check is accepted. Payment is required prior to attendance. In order to receive the advanced registration rates, payment must be received by the associated advance registration deadline. A company purchase order will serve as guarantee of payment.
Confirmation Policy
Registration confirmations will be sent by email within two weeks of registration fee payment, through August 19, 2011. After August 19, please contact AASC headquarters for verbal confirmation at 614-848-5958. If you do not receive a confirmation, do not assume you are pre-registered. If there are mistakes on your confirmation, please make the changes on the confirmation letter and fax the changes to 614-848-5954. This will eliminate the need for you to make changes on-site. Please pay special attention to your confirmation. It contains valuable information including your selected sessions, attendance tracking information, and any general conference updates.
You may pick up all of your registration materials, including name badge, conference bag, and onsite meeting materials at the onsite registration desk during the times listed below.

Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions
Refunds will only be given for cancellations received in writing. Refunds will be honored based on the amount of time given:
- Full refund, minus $100 administrative fee – on or before August 12, 2011
- No refund after August 12 (includes “no shows”)
- Attendee substitutions are permitted until August 24.
