Be sure to check your member profile when registering. This is the information that will be printed on your badge. Make changes before completing your conference registration.
Three ways to register

- Mail checks with a copy of your registration form to:

Registration Payment
We are unable to process registration forms received without payment. You may pay your registration fees by check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
If you fax your registration form or register online with a credit card, please do not mail the original form. This will result in duplicate charges to your credit card.

Registration Confirmation
Your online registration will be confirmed immediately by email. Confirmation of registrations mailed or faxed to AASC headquarters will be emailed or mailed within two weeks of receipt.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be mailed six weeks after the conference. All refund requests must be received in writing, prior to the conference as noted below. Refund available on registration only. Refund requests will be honored based on the amount of notice provided.
Before Sept. 26 – Full refund, minus $100 processing fee per person
After Sept. 26 – No refund, includes "no shows"
