Last Chance Rates (paid in full after June 15, 2011)

A 50% deposit must accompany your application for exhibit space. All balances are due June 15, 2011. All applications received after June 15 must be submitted with payment in full.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to June 15, 2011, will be entitled to a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations between June 15 and July 15, 2011, will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after July 15, 2011.
