AASC has negotiated a special rate at Hilton Washington for Conference attendees (Group Code AAC). In order to fulfill our obligations we ask that you support your association by staying at the Conference hotel. Please ask for the AASC 2008 National Service Coordinators Conference room block to receive the conference rate of $235 (plus 14.5% tax) per night. This rate is good for up to 4 people per room. Reservations must be made by September 14, 2008 to receive the conference rate.

Early departure fee: $75 (be sure to confirm your departure date when you check in to avoid an early departure fee).
Reservations not guaranteed with a credit card will require a first night's deposit. 72 hours advance notice for cancellations required to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax charges.
Self-parking rates are $23 per day.
